Pizza Oven

The pizza is delicious and the oven is a focal point of the back yard.

Firebricks hold the heat for high temperature pizza baking or long slow brisket roasting.

Creating fire brick dome. 

Exterior can be stone OR any other material.

We smoke chicken, pork roast, and beef brisket in the oven more often than we make pizza.
